CAP Pick-Up Locations

If you have registered for a Cultural Access Pass, you may pick up your pass at any of the designated pick-up locations listed below. Please be sure to note the hours of operation. There is no need to call ahead or make an appointment - your pass will be printed when you present the items listed below.

To pick-up your pass, please bring:

A piece of photo ID with your birth date on it
Your registration confirmation number (found on the registration confirmation page or the confirmation e-mail sent to you after you registered)
Your Commemorative Document (the letter sized certificate with your name and date of citizenship given to you at the citizenship ceremony)
OR

Click on the province/territory of your choice
