The Six Pillars of Citizenship:
Report from ICC Learning Tour

In the months of May and June 2006 the ICC undertook a “listening and learning tour” across the country. Meetings were held in Halifax, Québec City, Toronto, York Region, Winnipeg, Calgary, Red Deer and Vancouver. During this tour we met with community groups, immigrants, public servants, academics and other relevant groups and people in order to listen and learn about citizenship, immigration and integration issues. This report details what we heard and learned.
