Playing together - new citizens, sports & belonging is a national study that explores how new citizens participate in Canada’s sporting culture. This study illuminates how sports can help new citizens successfully integrate into Canadian life, and shares how Canada’s sports organizations can more effectively engage new Canadians as participants and fans. Playing together is unique because of who we’re talking to and what we’re talking about.

A first for Canada, this project was made possible by the generous support from Bouygues Building Canada and Doug & Lois Mitchell.
