The Institute for Canadian Citizenship welcomes new citizens to their local community through the Building Citizenship program and community citizenship ceremonies, connects new citizens with arts and culture across Canada through the Cultural Access Pass program, and fosters a debate on the future of Canada's civic culture at the annual LaFontaine-Baldwin Symposium.
